Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the 'Horizon 2026' roadmap, defining key milestones and deliverables for the next 3-5 years.
- Analyze emerging technology trends, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and advanced Web3 infrastructures, to identify high-value opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate strategic vision into technical specifications.
- Assess current technological assets and recommend upgrades or replacements to ensure alignment with 2026 goals.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership in a compelling manner.
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 'Future-Ready' product features.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, product management, or systems architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations or vision-setting initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing architectures.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts and market demands.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
