Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and lead the technical strategy for AI initiatives targeted for deployment and maturity by the year 2026.
- Lead Future Tech Innovation: Spearhead research and development into cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models, and neural interfaces.
- System Design & Scalability: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI architectures that can handle petabyte-scale data processing.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and investors to secure buy-in for long-term projects.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential technical risks and ethical challenges in AI deployment, ensuring responsible and compliant innovation.
- Partnership & Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into core business workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of developing, deploying, and scaling complex AI models and neural networks.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to identify emerging trends and define long-term technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving unstructured, high-impact problems.
