Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Lead the strategic vision and technical execution for our synthetic intelligence systems, focusing on scalability and ethical AI integration for 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Direct a world-class team of engineers and data scientists in exploring emerging technologies, including advanced neural networks and edge computing.
- Strategic Roadmap: Develop and communicate a long-term technical roadmap that aligns with company goals and industry trends, ensuring a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Talent Development: Cultivate a high-performance culture of innovation, mentoring senior leaders and fostering a diverse, inclusive engineering environment.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of large-scale AI models, ensuring real-time processing and minimal latency.
Qualifications
- Education: Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role within the AI/ML industry.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and quantum computing principles.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing technical strategies for high-growth tech environments.
