Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision for Generative AI integration, focusing on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) capabilities and autonomous agents.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent in NLP, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex AI capabilities into market-defining products and revenue streams.
- AI Governance & Ethics: Establish rigorous ethical guidelines and safety protocols for large-scale model deployment, ensuring compliance and user trust.
- R&D Oversight: Direct research initiatives to explore breakthrough technologies, including quantum computing interfaces and neural network optimization.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles within AI/ML or Big Data sectors, with at least 5 years specifically in Generative AI.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, LLMs (Large Language Models), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving product strategy and commercializing complex technical concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
