Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 strategic horizon, aligning long-term goals with business outcomes.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Neuro-interfaces) with high potential for disruption.
- Oversee R&D initiatives focused on next-gen infrastructure and scalable cloud architectures.
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and integrate 2026-ready technologies into current production workflows.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technology adoption and innovation.
- Act as a primary spokesperson for the company's technological vision at industry conferences and investor meetings.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, executive management, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Future Tech trends.
- Strong ability to forecast industry shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
