We are looking for a visionary leader to define the technological trajectory of our organization leading up to the year 2026. As the Head of Future Tech Strategy, you will bridge the gap between emerging technologies and business objectives, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation. This is a high-impact role for someone who doesn't just follow trends but sets them.
In this position, you will oversee the strategic planning and execution of our roadmap, focusing heavily on AI integration, predictive analytics, and scalable infrastructure. You will work closely with C-suite executives and engineering leads to identify high-leverage opportunities that drive growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Create and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term business goals.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead the research and implementation of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Edge Computing.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment on technology investments.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and regulatory challenges associated with future tech adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
- Vendor & Ecosystem Management: Evaluate and select strategic partners and technology vendors that align with our futuristic vision.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage internal innovation labs or hackathons to foster a culture of forward-thinking problem solving.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the tech industry, with a proven track record of driving innovation.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Digital Transformation trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and think critically about long-term implications.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and pivot strategies as needed.
