Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to identify viable use cases.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Product, and Executive teams to prioritize initiatives.
- Assess risks and opportunities associated with new tech integrations and propose mitigation strategies.
- Mentor a team of futurists and strategists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Expert knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into strategic insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
