Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives focusing on next-gen AI, Quantum, and Spatial Computing.
- Identify and assess emerging technologies to determine their viability for product integration.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for experimental projects.
- Oversee a team of futurists, data scientists, and strategists to drive innovation culture.
- Monitor global tech trends to ensure Nexus Horizon Group remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in strategic technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging quantum technologies.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting market trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
