Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our AI roadmap, specifically targeting advancements relevant to the 2026 technological landscape.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the R&D initiatives bridging classical AI and emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists, data scientists, and system architects.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to C-suite executives and investors to secure funding and support.
- Protocol Development: Establish ethical frameworks and governance structures for autonomous AI systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with Qiskit or equivalent quantum libraries.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of turning theoretical concepts into scalable, market-ready products.
