Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Strategy, aligning technical roadmaps with long-term business goals.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of supporting rapid growth.
- Drive the integration of cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- Mentor and develop a diverse, high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and operational efficiency.
- Establish best practices for software development, DevOps, and cybersecurity to ensure system integrity.
- Manage technology budgets and vendor relationships to maximize ROI and innovation.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive role.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, enterprise-grade projects on time and within budget.
- Strong background in AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in the FinTech or HealthTech sectors is highly preferred.
