Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's comprehensive AI strategy roadmap through 2026 and beyond.
- Identify emerging trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and Autonomous Systems to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and executive teams.
- Oversee the R&D budget and manage key partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of AI initiatives and ROI.
- Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
