Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and communicate a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, identifying key opportunities in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
- Executive Leadership: Partner with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business goals, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
- Innovation Management: Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies, establishing a robust pipeline for innovation and R&D.
- Operational Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI-driven tools into existing workflows to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage vendor/partner relationships effectively.
- Change Management: Champion a culture of continuous learning and adaptability, guiding the organization through technological shifts.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in AI strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate market trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technology projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
