Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term business goals and market positioning.
- Roadmap Development: Identify emerging AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, predictive analytics) and integrate them into our product lifecycle.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate technical vision into actionable business requirements.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA), and industry best practices.
- Investment Analysis: Evaluate and prioritize R&D investments in emerging tech to maximize ROI and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in AI and Machine Learning strategy.
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to production.
- Expert knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern NLP models.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing large budgets and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Certification in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) is highly preferred.
