You will be responsible for architecting the bridge between current AI capabilities and the advanced systems required for the 2026 horizon, including autonomous decision-making and next-gen quantum integration.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps, oversee experimental R&D, and ensure our infrastructure is future-proofed for the decade ahead.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic engineering vision for the 2026 transition, aligning technical roadmaps with long-term business objectives.
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable, AI-driven infrastructure capable of handling complex future workloads.
- Manage a high-performing team of engineers and researchers focused on emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Quantum Algorithms).
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with integrating cutting-edge technologies into legacy systems.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the 2026 innovation curve.
- Prioritize security and ethical standards in all future-facing system designs.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.

- Experience with simulation tools, predictive modeling, and systems engineering methodologies.
