Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning technology with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D to innovate for future market needs.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging market trends, competitor movements, and disruptive technologies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for long-term growth and technological adoption.
- Cultivate relationships with industry thought leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
- Communicate complex future scenarios to stakeholders and the board of directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategic Planning, or Executive Leadership.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives or digital products.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging Web3 technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to C-suite executives.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
