Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap for the organization, aligning it with broader business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats for the 2026 horizon.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication of vision, progress, and deliverables.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or executive consulting within the technology sector.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-year strategic roadmaps and large-scale transformations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast future trends.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing C-suite executives.
- Experience in Agile or Lean methodologies is highly preferred.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA or MSc in Business/Technology) is a plus.
