Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across healthcare, mobility, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with market disruption forecasts
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and regulatory shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design sustainable innovation frameworks that balance exponential growth with ethical and environmental impact
- Present findings to investors and industry stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and strategic foresight techniques
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in tech strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI ethics, biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Innovation (e.g., from Institute of the Future)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-year tech forecasting implementations
