Responsibilities
- Architect scalable AI systems using quantum-resistant algorithms and neuromorphic computing paradigms
- Lead development of ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Integrate predictive analytics with real-world IoT networks for proactive societal solutions
- Collaborate with neuro-engineering teams to develop brain-compliant AI interfaces
- Design fault-tolerant systems capable of self-evolving in dynamic environments
- Establish compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations across 15+ jurisdictions
- Mentor junior architects in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing production-level AI systems with >10M user impact
- Expertise in tensor processing units and neuromorphic hardware optimization
- Published research in AI ethics, explainable AI, or federated learning
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certification in Global AI Ethics Standards (GAES) or equivalent
- Experience with decentralized AI infrastructure and blockchain-based validation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough AI implementations
