Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and industry disruption patterns
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying breakthrough technologies with 2026-2030 commercial viability
- Architect strategic partnerships with quantum computing, AI, and biotech research institutions
- Present disruptive technology scenarios to C-suite and Board of Directors with ROI projections
- Establish innovation KPIs tracking adoption rates of emerging technologies
- Guide cross-functional teams in implementing future-ready infrastructure and protocols
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity and human-machine convergence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption curves (include 2+ case studies)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI development, or neuro-interfaces
- Published futurist research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience advising C-suite on paradigm shifts and disruption scenarios
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and futures forecasting frameworks
- Exceptional data visualization skills for complex technological trend analysis
