Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (2026-2030)
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and incubate next-gen startups
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and scenario planning
- Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping across global R&D centers
- Guide ethical implementation frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, emerging tech analysis, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or neurotech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or technology forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technological disruption scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight frameworks or implemented innovation roadmaps
