Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) and their market implications through 2030
- Architect cross-functional R&D roadmaps integrating quantum computing, blockchain, and neuro-interfaces
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and responsible innovation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business growth objectives
- Drive industry thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and media partnerships
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in next-gen technology prototyping
- Secure strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years of tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Published author or keynote speaker at premier tech conferences (TED, Web Summit)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 15 to 100+ professionals
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (scenario modeling, trend analysis)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Certification in Quantum Computing or AI Ethics (preferred)
