Responsibilities
- Forecast technological disruptions through trend analysis and horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients adopting 2026 technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging tech adoption scenarios
- Author white papers and keynote presentations on future tech paradigms
- Advectivate R&D priorities based on 3-5 year market evolution
- Build and maintain a global network of futurist thought leaders
- Quantify ROI for emerging technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in forecasting tech adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology transformation
- PhD in Technology Forecasting or related field strongly preferred
