Responsibilities

- Design strategic roadmaps aligning emerging tech with business objectives
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Present findings to board members via compelling data visualizations
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across departments

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years experience in tech innovation or strategic planning
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, IoT, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning techniques
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and governance
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
