Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 product launches
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging tech verticals
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots with $2M+ annual budget
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal thought leadership programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing future-focused product roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Portfolio demonstrating future-tech impact initiatives
