Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) for strategic integration
- Lead scenario planning workshops for disruptive market shifts in 2026+ landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype futuristic solutions addressing global challenges
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and ROI on future-facing initiatives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Methodology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Deep knowledge of ethical implications in advanced AI and biotech
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology prediction implementations
