Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and market disruption
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech sectors
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused innovation into organizational DNA
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven frameworks
- Manage cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen technology solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio showcasing published foresight work or technology transformation projects
