- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, startup, and corporate innovation partners
- Champion human-centered design principles in all technology development initiatives
- Represent the company at global technology summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum AI, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience building and leading global innovation ecosystems
