Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development roadmaps
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish industry thought leadership
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation incubation program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 startups
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism research or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing principles, and exponential technology adoption curves
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Track record translating complex tech concepts into actionable business strategies
- Strong network with academic institutions and emerging tech labs
