Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market dynamics
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, AGI, quantum computing) and assess their strategic implications
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive technological shifts
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-forward capabilities into development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor boards
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Author thought leadership content on technology futures and digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi studies)
- Deep understanding of at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD) or equivalent experience
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Portfolio demonstrating past strategic tech implementations
