Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence domains
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps mapping innovation trajectories to market opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive stakeholders on disruptive technology impacts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate future-readiness of current technology portfolios
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology paradigms
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and implement foresight frameworks for organizational resilience
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology analysis
- Published work on exponential technologies or paradigm shifts
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of quantum, neurotech, and climate tech convergence
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization foresight
