Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends (Web4, quantum computing, biotech convergence) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies into core business functions
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenario Planning' workshops with executive stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, AI agents, decentralized systems)
- Establish ethical frameworks for deploying breakthrough technologies at scale
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-cultural shifts impacting tech adoption landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio of published futurism work (whitepapers, patents, or industry forecasts)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Roadmapping
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in matrix organizations
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
