Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling quantum computing or neurotech initiatives
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technology impacts
- Clearance for US DoD DARPA projects or equivalent national programs
