Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their strategic implications for 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and implement long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future market demands
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Establish industry partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to co-develop future technologies
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing methodologies and disruptive innovation frameworks
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technical shifts to identify strategic opportunities and risks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., Certified Futurist) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Experience managing global innovation teams and cross-cultural stakeholders
