Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into product development plans
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and provide competitive intelligence on future market shifts
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for next-gen innovation
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation
