Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and spatial computing domains
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging tech trajectories
- Oversee prototyping of futuristic concepts in our innovation incubator
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technology assessment and market impact analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and presentation mastery
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend extrapolation frameworks
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, regulatory landscapes, and ethical implications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology strategy implementations
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
