Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight roadmap with 3-5 year horizons
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Present compelling insights and recommendations to stakeholders through data-driven narratives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and strategic alignment
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting our industry
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts, academics, and innovation partners
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Outstanding communication abilities for executive audiences and technical teams
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR) strongly preferred
- Experience working with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
