Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market signals to develop 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech integration
- Partner with product teams to translate future scenarios into market-ready solutions
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership presentations at global tech forums
- Establish innovation frameworks for evaluating exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Guide organizational culture to embrace experimentation and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Future Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
