Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced R&D or technology strategy roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or immersive tech
- Proven track record of shipping futuristic products to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong understanding of Web3, AR/VR convergence, and neuromorphic computing
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals a plus
