Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, analyzing convergence patterns across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging threats/opportunities in computational biology and synthetic neurotech
- Present foresight frameworks to executive leadership and investor committees with quantifiable impact projections
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for ethical AI governance and quantum-safe cryptographic protocols
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and probabilistic scenario modeling techniques
- Establish industry partnerships with leading quantum labs and neurotech startups to accelerate adoption
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years technical leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful product launches)
- Deep expertise in AI ethics frameworks, quantum algorithm design, and synthetic biology applications
- Exceptional systems thinking ability with portfolio demonstrating complex ecosystem modeling
