Responsibilities

- Collaborate with government agencies on future tech policy
- Present technological roadmaps to C-suite executives
- Patent at least 3 disruptive technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Neural Engineering
- 10+ years in emerging tech R&D
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience with neuromorphic computing systems
- Certification in Ethical AI Design
- Portfolio of 5+ patented innovations
