- Develop risk mitigation protocols for systemic disruptions (climate, geopolitical, technological)
- Publish quarterly future-state briefs for executive board and investor relations
- Curate the annual 'Future Frontiers' summit featuring global thought leaders
- Mentain a real-time 'Future Radar' dashboard tracking 500+ emerging indicators
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize moonshot projects with 10x impact potential
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis for 2025+ scenarios
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
