- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Produce scenario-planning models for climate adaptation and human augmentation
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on long-term societal or technological disruption
- Proven ability to translate abstract trends into executable business strategies
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP) or equivalent analytical rigor
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodology frameworks
