- Establish foresight protocols using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor teams in adaptive thinking and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive initiatives to market leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex visions into actionable plans
