Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic vision through market trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce forward-looking white papers and executive briefings on emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into product roadmaps
- Build stakeholder consensus around long-term strategic initiatives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption signals
- Represent the company at futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills using tools like Tableau
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
- Portfolio of published futurist research or strategic frameworks
