Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2024-2026 horizon) and synthesize actionable strategic recommendations
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on next-gen innovation pathways
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles in development
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Present strategic insights to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on strategic decision-making
