Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings on megatrends (Web4.0, climate tech, neuro interfaces)
- Design and deploy organizational change management programs for future-of-work transitions
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Mentor internal 'Future Scouts' to cultivate next-gen strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record in translating exponential trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
