Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains including quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive models for industry stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Architect innovation incubation programs for next-gen business models
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record publishing trend analysis or scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, biotech, space economy)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ years of trend prediction accuracy
