As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop future-state scenarios and strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Design and validate prototype solutions using emerging technologies
- Produce thought leadership reports and executive briefings
- Mentor junior futurists and build the next-gen innovation pipeline
- Partner with VCs and startups to scout breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or Business Innovation
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (white papers, patents)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Innovation
