Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to mitigate disruption risks and identify first-mover opportunities
- Lead cross-functional strategy sessions translating foresight into product development roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic research institutions
- Deliver executive briefings and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and competitive intelligence
- Design organizational transformation initiatives to build future-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, Web3, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
