Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks across technology, sustainability, and market evolution domains
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and disruptive forces to identify high-impact opportunities and risks
- Design scenario-planning models to prepare the organization for multiple potential futures
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into roadmaps
- Lead executive workshops on future readiness and adaptive strategy development
- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' trend reports and strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change initiatives
